Frittstående villa i Benahavís, Costa del Sol

This villa is a unique refurbishment project set to redefine luxury living in the prestigious enclave of El Herrojo, Benahavis, near La Quinta Golf. Situated on a generous 1,020 m² plot with sweeping sea views, this extraordinary property promises to blend timeless elegance with modern functionality.

Once all the necessary legal documents were obtained, the majority of the existing villa was demolished. It is now ready for reconstruction, offering a unique opportunity to engage in all stages of the process. The estimated completion time for the construction work is 12 months. Upon completion, the property will be listed on the open market with an estimated sale price of between 8 and 9 million euros, in line with average selling prices for the surrounding area.
