Tomannsbolig i Alhaurín el Grande, Costa del Sol

Lovely large semi detached house for sale in Alhaurin el Grande, only 200m from the main road into Alhaurin where you will find within walking distance, bars / restaurants, shops, supermarkets and schools. You have the best of both worlds a nice quiet property with surrounding space and walking distance to town.

A good concrete road to arrive at the property with a large 2 car garage with storage space. Via a few steps you go up to the main entrance of the house where you will find a lovely sunny terrace with awnings that cover the whole area with pretty views to the town of Alhaurin el Grande, mountains and surrounds. Going into the property, you have to your left a downstairs toilet and under the stairs storage, and the open large living / dining room is to your right with a semi open fully fitted kitchen. The property has several nice features like a large wood burning fireplace, spanish style and air conditioning hot and cold. From here you can access by patio doors the back of the property. Also on the first floor is a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Going up to the second floor, which they have converted into a seperate living space, but can be still used as one large property for a family or indeed you can close the internal staircase and make the second floor independant as it already has access via metal stairs outside. Here you will find a large landing , which can be used as an office, living area, playroom, etc... There is as well a kitchenet (this was the laundry area and can return as one) 3 large bedrooms all with air conditioning hot and cold and a large family bathroom. Here is also the big secnd terrace with amazing views and sun all day. Coming down again and going behind the house you have a lovely covered barbacue area where they have also moved the laundry to, it has a barbecue, sink etc...Above this all you also have an own pool, surrounded by a patio. The whole garden is tiled and low maintance.

Located in a lovely area, you are 30 minutes from Malaga airport and 25 minutes to the coast.
