Rekkehus i Tárbena, Costa Blanca

Located in the historic village of Tarbena, we have a Spanish three-bedroom townhouse for sale. The townhouse is a few minutes' walk from the centre of the village, where there is a church, bars, and restaurants. Entrance through large doors into an open-plan layout. A generously sized kitchen and living room lead out through a passage to the outdoor courtyard. Here, there is a covered area, providing a great place to relax. From the living room, stairs lead to a small dining area. A short flight of stairs then continues to the two bedrooms and family bathroom. There is also a terrace off one of the bedrooms with views over the countryside. Furthermore there is another floor in the loft and this equals as further sleeping rooms when guests arrive. The townhouse is quirky, comes also with a garage space and would make an excellent lock-up-and-go property. Tàrbena is "the starting point for the most beautiful walks in the Costa Blanca". Situated high in the mountains and surrounded by almond groves, it offers stunning views as far as Altea and Benidorm. These views are blanketed in almond blossom in early spring, which is a sight for sore eyes! Although the town itself is small, Tàrbena has everything, including several bars and restaurants. There are several natural water fonts where you can collect fresh, pure drinking water, and the town has its own municipal pool, which becomes a social hub during the summer months. It is popular with walkers, cyclists, and climbers, as well as tourists seeking an authentic taste of Spain.
