Frittstående villa i Javea, Costa Blanca

Set within the prestigious area of Monte Olympio, ideally positioned between Javea and Benitachell, this striking modern villa occupies what is widely considered to be one of the very best plots in the entire development. As the first house ever built in Monte Olympio, the property enjoys a truly unique vantage point, offering uninterrupted, panoramic and sea views, whilst benefitting from a year round sun exposure.

From its elevated yet perfectly orientated position, the villa commands breathtaking vistas sweeping from the Mediterranean Sea and the coastline of Javea, across the iconic Montgó, the dramatic Bernia mountain range, and all the way to the historic church of Benitachell. With only one neighbouring property, privacy is exceptional, and thanks to its lower position within the development, the villa enjoys glorious winter sun on the naya, terrace, and pool area, an invaluable asset for year-round Mediterranean living.

The property is distributed over three spacious levels. The main living level has been designed to maximise light, views, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, while the lower level offers remarkable flexibility. Currently comprising a fifth bedroom, bathroom, and a private cinema room, this level can very easily be transformed into a wellness centre, games room, gym, or a fully independent guest apartment.

Throughout the villa, high-end finishes underline its luxury credentials. Marble flooring with underfloor heating runs through the living spaces, complemented by a sleek, contemporary kitchen equipped with premium Bosch appliances. Electric blinds are installed throughout the property, ensuring both comfort and convenience at the touch of a button.

Externally, the villa continues to impress. A built-in summer kitchen and covered alfresco dining area sit alongside the pool, creating the perfect setting for entertaining. The swimming pool itself features a beautiful free-form design with a beach-style entrance, ideal for both relaxation and family enjoyment. The mature Mediterranean garden has been thoughtfully landscaped for low maintenance, complete with an automatic irrigation system and atmospheric uplighters that illuminate the palms and trees after dark.

Monte Olympio is renowned for its collection of upmarket, architect-designed villas and its peaceful yet exclusive atmosphere. Residents enjoy a sense of space, privacy, and refinement, while being just minutes from the beaches, golf courses, marinas, and fine dining of Javea and the charming village life of Benitachell.

This villa represents a rare opportunity to acquire a landmark home in one of the Costa Blanca’s most sought-after luxury developments, combining incomparable views, exceptional privacy, and refined modern living in a truly privileged setting.
