Tomannsbolig i Nueva Andalucía, Costa del Sol

A house in a small, private community of nine properties, set along classic terracotta lanes. It also comes with a TOURIST LICENCE, which makes it a great rental opportunity: with these views, a plunge pool and a private setting, it has everything holiday guests are looking for.

You enter into a hallway. To the right there's a guest toilet, and beyond it the master suite: a generous room with an ensuite bathroom and a deep, semi walk-in closet. The views from here are elevated over the lake and out to the sea, and the position is private, with no direct sightlines in.

To the left of the hallway, a kitchen opens into a large living room with high ceilings and big windows. The same elevated views carry through, over the lake, the sea, and Nueva Andalucía. From the living room you step out to the main terrace with a seating area, and a staircase leads down to a lower al fresco terrace with a plunge pool. It's a particularly nice spot in the evenings with candles. A small garden wraps around the house.

Back in the hallway, the indoor staircase is lit by a large window. Downstairs are two good-sized bedrooms sharing a bathroom, one of them with its own entrance out to the garden.

The property also has a large garage and a sizeable storage room, with two official parking spaces.

This is a family home with good qualities, partially renovated. There's also real potential to expand on the lower floor and add around 40 m² of extra space.
