Rekkehus i El Chaparral, Costa del Sol

3-Bedroom Townhouse with Spacious Terraces and Open Views — Mijas, next to El Chaparral

Set within a very quiet, gated community in Mijas, just steps from the El Chaparral area, this home combines natural light, outdoor space and open views over the green surroundings and lateral seaview, along with a large private garage for two cars.

Over the years, the property has been carefully maintained and upgraded in the details that really make a difference day to day: insulation, energy efficiency and the use of outdoor space. It features photovoltaic solar panels, Kömmerling windows on the upper floor, new air conditioning, and an A energy rating.

One of the most enjoyed areas of the house is the terrace, which connects directly to the living room. Part of it is enclosed and glazed, with a thermally insulated roof and motorised Somfy blinds, allowing it to be enjoyed almost year-round, while still keeping a generous open-air outdoor space.

The main floor features a bright, spacious living-dining room, an independent kitchen with room for a table, and a guest toilet.

The upper floor houses three bedrooms — two of them doubles — and two bathrooms. From here you can also enjoy lovely open views over the green surroundings of El Chaparral and out to the sea.

On the lower floor, a private garage with space for two vehicles offers plenty of additional room: part of it is currently used as a gym, and it also includes a custom-built wardrobe of exceptional height and capacity, ideal for storage.

A development designed with families in mind: gated, well-maintained and quiet, with extensive green areas, two communal pools and a paddle tennis court. Right next door, a children's playground completes the El Chaparral surroundings.
