Toppleilighet i Benalmadena Costa, Costa del Sol

Wake up above the coastline. Coffee on a terrace bigger than most apartments, the sea stretching out below, dinner outside under the stars while the jacuzzi bubbles beside you — this is what life looks like from the top floor of this penthouse in Parque de la Paloma.

A private lift rises to the 11th floor, followed by your own final staircase — no shared landing, no neighbours passing your door. Complete seclusion at the top of the building, reached in total privacy.

Inside, 353m² built across three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a versatile third room that works equally well as an additional double bedroom, a home office, or a quiet study. Bright, elegant interiors throughout, with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room that opens onto the real star of this home.

The 150m²+ terrace is outdoor living space in its own right — a private jacuzzi, an outdoor dining area built for long summer evenings, and uninterrupted Mediterranean sea views in every direction. This is the space that sets the property apart, and the reason to see it in person.

Location: set in Parque de la Paloma, one of Benalmádena Costa's most sought-after green spaces, just a short stroll from the beach and the promenade, with restaurants, cafés and everyday amenities close by. Málaga Airport is around a 15-minute drive, making this as easy to reach as it is to enjoy.

A rare combination of privacy, space, and setting on the Costa del Sol.

Also holds strong appeal as a licensed holiday-rental property, with established rental performance available on request.
