Two-Storey Townhouse – El Porton de Mijas, Costa del Sol

A beautifully presented, recently renovated townhouse set in the urbanisation of El Porton de Mijas, with private parking and a community pool just a short drive from the charming whitewashed streets of Mijas Pueblo and within easy reach of the coast.

Layout: The main living level opens onto a bright, spacious lounge with a feature fireplace and sliding doors leading directly out to a private terrace with sweeping sea, coastline and mountain views — the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks as the sun sets over the Mediterranean. The fully fitted kitchen is finished in a crisp white gloss with quartz countertops, integrated appliances, and a window overlooking the greenery outside. A guest toilet on this level adds practicality for entertaining and day to day living.

Upstairs, the property offers two generously sized en-suite bedrooms, both flooded with natural light. The master suite features fitted wardrobes, elegant soft furnishings, and access to its own private terrace. Also on this level is a peaceful, Moroccan-inspired outdoor courtyard retreat finished with decorative tiling, a wall fountain, and space for a small table and chairs, ideal for quiet relaxation. A staircase from the courtyard leads up to a private roof terrace, offering yet more outdoor space and panoramic views over the surrounding hills and out to the sea.

Condition & Finish The property has been recently renovated to a high standard throughout, combining a modern, functional layout with warm, comfortable interiors. Marble and tiled flooring, double glazing, and quality fixtures run throughout the home. The townhouse is sold fully furnished.

Community & Location Located in a gated complex with a communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens, the development offers security and a relaxed lifestyle within the desirable Mijas countryside setting, moments from the traditional charm of Mijas Pueblo and within convenient reach of the coast, shops, and transport links.
