Finca/Landsted i Elche, Costa Blanca

Equestrian Estate with 6-Bedroom Home and 58,963 m² of Land Near Alicante

This substantial equestrian estate near El Rebolledo and Santa Anna offers approximately 58,963 m² of land and 738 m² of built area, combining a spacious renovated home, horse facilities, extensive land and excellent access to Alicante.

The main house is arranged over two independent floors, with a total of six bedrooms and three bathrooms. Both levels have their own kitchen and living areas, making the property particularly suitable for an extended family, guests or two separate living spaces. The upper floor has its own independent entrance via an external staircase and benefits from a large private terrace, while the ground floor opens onto a spacious covered porch overlooking the outdoor areas.

The house has been renovated and includes air conditioning, heating and a fireplace for year-round comfort. Fibre-optic internet is also connected.

Outside, there is a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, a barbecue area and an outdoor kitchen, creating plenty of space for entertaining and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. A large covered carport provides parking for several vehicles.

For horse owners, the property has a REGA licence for up to five horses, together with three open stables and a small riding arena. The amount of land available provides further space for equestrian use and outdoor activities.

There is also a large workshop, previously used as a garage, as well as an additional industrial-style building currently used for hay storage and as a gym.

The estate benefits from mains electricity, mains water and irrigation water, as well as fibre internet. Access is excellent, with tarmac roads leading to the different parts of the property.

The land consists of four separate plots located close to one another rather than forming one continuous parcel. One plot contains the main house and equestrian facilities, while the others include a large open parcel of land and an established olive grove with approximately 130 olive trees. All four plots are easily accessible by tarmac road.

Despite its generous size and rural setting, one of the property's main advantages is its proximity to Alicante. It offers the space and privacy of a country estate while remaining convenient for everyday life.
