Vrijstaande villa in La Cala de Mijas, Costa del Sol

Rarely available single level villa, perfect as a holiday home or a permanent residence.  Located in one of the first communities built around La Cala, currently with no restrictions on short term holiday rentals.  The property was completely renovated by the present owners in 2016 and is distributed as follows;  entrance hall with TV lounge and fireplace on your left as you enter the property.  In front of you is the welcoming dining area and to the right you have the fully fitted open plan kitchen.  An abundance of natural light flood this area thanks to the large, modern windows and behind the kitchen you have the spacious utility room with washing machine, dryer and access to the rear drying terrace and garden.  In front of the kitchen you have the hallway that leads to all three double bedrooms, each with individual hot and cold air conditioning, the master bedroom with an ensuite shower room and the second shower room services both guest bedrooms.  The villa is located in a fenced, corner plot which is mostly laid to lawn with a variety of flowers, hedge rows and bushes throughout the garden.  The communal swimming pool and children's pool are just a couple of minutes walk away in the centre of the community and, like the villa itself, benefit from all day sun.
