Finca/Cortijo in Estepona, Costa del Sol

Finca with beautiful panoramic mountain views. This property is distributed over 2 plots of land where the house is built in one part, and you still have land to be able to walk quietly through. And another part where you have different trees planted that are bearing fruit. The house is distributed in a covered terrace-type porch, where you can sit and enjoy the view, while observing the different times of the day. Then we move into an open kitchen equipped with appliances, so you can cook in peace. Then we have a very bright living room because it receives direct sunlight, as well as being spacious and with a fireplace, to enjoy the natural heat of the firewood. Next we have 3 quite spacious bedrooms, with large closets. And then 1 full bathroom. You also have two other areas at the bottom that you can use as a storage room, and another as a garage. The land is rustic, but the house is registered before a Notary and the registry. The property is located in a place surrounded by nature. You can plant fruit trees, or vegetables, enjoy the countryside. Nearby you have the AP7 exit to Marbella or Málaga, to get there faster.
