Finca/Cortijo in Alora, Costa del Sol

Discover a magnificent rustic estate situated in a natural enclave of great beauty, just 6 km from the Caminito del Rey and 12 km from the center of Álora, one of the municipalities with the greatest tourist and landscape appeal in the province of Málaga.

The property features a dry-land plot of approximately 63,543 m², dedicated to the traditional cultivation of olive, almond, and carob trees, offering multiple possibilities both for agricultural exploitation and for enjoying an authentic lifestyle in the heart of nature.

At the heart of the estate is a 181 m² house distributed over two floors, with 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen, as well as a cozy orchard with orange and lemon trees. Originally built around 1900, the house retains the charm of traditional Andalusian architecture and is in a good state of conservation, fully habitable, and continuously maintained.

One of its great values is its legal security: the building is registered by antiquity, providing peace of mind to the buyer as it is a consolidated construction, with no risk of actions derived from urban planning discipline.

On a constructive level, the house features continuous foundations under load-bearing walls, a traditional structure with wooden beams, and a renovated roof that combines Arabic tiles with micro-cement sheeting on some slopes, maintaining the original character of the estate while improving its protection.

Regarding utilities, the estate has water from the irrigation community. It currently does not have an electrical supply, offering the future owner the option of connecting to the grid or opting for a solar energy system, ideal for those seeking a self-sufficient and sustainable home. The boundaries of the property are clearly defined by natural and traditional elements, making it easy to identify on the ground.

This estate is an excellent opportunity for those looking for a residence in the midst of nature, a charming second home, the development of an agricultural project, or to enjoy an environment of absolute tranquility without giving up the proximity of some of the main tourist attractions of Málaga's interior.

If you are looking for an estate with history, vast possibilities, and a privileged location, this property deserves a visit. Contact us for more information or to arrange a no-obligation visit.
