GENEROUS FOUR-BEDROOM VILLA 745,000

A must-see, substantially built and deceptively spacious, four-bedroom detached villa, located within an exclusive and desirable urbanization close to the ever-popular areas of Coin and Alhaurín el Grande. Unusually for the area is the size of the plot measuring 50% larger than most of the neighbouring properties and reason for the far bigger than most swimming pool.

This villa provides a desirable mix of being accessible and highly usable and is a true reflection of a Spanish Villa offering the indoor-outdoor living experience and coupled with the low maintenance private garden, BBQ area, separate dining terrace and large swimming pool area, you truly can have it all.

The sole owners purchased the property off plan and have loved and cared for the villa throughout and is now offered for sale in a move-in ready condition. The property is situated in a quiet and peaceful location within the urbanisation and enjoys both privacy and exclusivity, and continuous sun throughout the day.

The villa is distributed over three floors, each as accessible as the other. On the main floor we have a generous, open plan living-dining room with separate, generous kitchen. From this floor you will enjoy immediate access to the double width outdoor dining terrace and garden areas. The height, width, light and overall size of this space will never fail to impress and will certainly cater for all family gatherings and celebrations. In addition, there is a large double bedroom with usable jack and jill bathroom.

The staircase leads up to three bedrooms and down to the extra-large basement and garage. On the upper floor you will find a primary bedroom and two guest bedrooms, all generous in size, two with equally impressive en-suite bathrooms and a separate family shower room. Wardrobe space and storage areas are generous throughout.

The lower level is easily accessed from the lounge area and will surprise you with its light and open feeling. On this floor you will find a super-sized garage, space for storage, an area suitable for a workshop or equally for conversion. The basement has access from within the property and via the traditional garage door.

Outside you will find a private and secure, fully stocked and established low maintenance garden. The primary dining terrace will easily accommodate 12 guests, overlooks and offers direct access to the large swimming pool and sunbathing terrace. The property has gated, off street parking.

The villa is well placed for Mijas, La Cala, Fuengirola, Malaga Airport, Marbella and beyond. There are endless beaches and numerous golf courses within 20 mins or less and the pièce de resistance of the area, the extensive and wide variety of high-quality restaurants in the local vicinity.
