Vrijstaande villa in Elviria, Costa del Sol

Elviria key ready designer villa in the very best location.

Within the new gated community in Elviria and within only a 2 minute walk to the commercial area, and a 10 minute walk to the beach, this villa represents a superb opportunity for a family looking to live within easy reach of all amenities, sporting facilites, schools and shopping.

Built within the last 4 years and finally delivered in 2024, this beautiful villa complex is exceptionally designed on a large and sprwling plot of land. The emphasis for the architects was to ensure maximum open space in and around the homes themselves, in a way that is rarely seen now in this property market where land is at a premium. A sweeping open space is the key feature of these gardens in this awesome Marbella East location. The homes are built around the perimiter of these gardens, in a semi-circular formation but with sufficient distance and variation in orientation to ensure privacy and wonderful garden views.

This stunning detached villa sits within the Marbella East luxury complex, a brand-new, ultra-exclusive gated community of just 25 elite properties spread across a lush 15,000m² estate. Nestled in the heart of highly desirable Elviria, this architectural gem is located just 10 minutes from central Marbella and a 30-minute drive from Malaga Airport. It offers the ultimate blend of privacy, prestige, and coastal convenience.

The private pool is accessed directly from the living area which is designed as an open plan solution with kitchen, dining and salon blending onto the lovely terrace which in turn leads to the pool. With windows that slide entirely into the pocket walls, it is clear why this sort of design is so attractive to those looking for a home in this wonderful climate on the Costa del Sol. The private pool is heated and also comes with an automated pool cover for protection when not in use. Both of these features were added by the current owner. All of this is in addition to the fabulous and large communal pool which sits at the heart of the community and is surrounded by spacious sun-lounging terraces and gorgeous green lawns.

While the project was developed as a generic design for all of the homes, this particular property has been custom-specified and extensively finished by its current owner working alongside a top-tier interior designer. No expense has been spared in elevating the design to an unparalleled standard of luxury, utilizing bespoke materials, custom lighting, and premium textures throughout. The property showcases four to five palatial bedrooms, each opening onto sweeping private terraces that overlook your manicured garden and private swimming pool.
