Appartement op bovenste verdieping in Montemar, Costa del Sol

Spacious top-floor apartment with panoramic sea views, terrace and valid tourist licence in Montemar/La Carihuela

Occupying the top floor of one of the popular Eurosol buildings, this bright and spacious apartment offers 103m² built, a private terrace and panoramic views towards the Mediterranean.

The property comprises two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a generously sized living room with glazed doors opening onto the terrace—an elevated and peaceful place from which to enjoy the sea views and Costa del Sol sunshine.

The building’s lift reaches the 7th floor, with the apartment accessed by one additional flight of stairs.

Its appeal as a holiday home is already firmly established. The property has a confirmed valid tourist-rental licence, demonstrable booking history and supporting accounts. Its existing Airbnb listing has achieved a rating of 4.83 out of 5 from 93 guest reviews and has been recognised as a Guest Favourite, providing compelling evidence of its popularity with visitors.

Importantly, the historic rental income was achieved despite the owners reserving the apartment for their own use during almost all of July and August. A purchaser making it available during these valuable peak-season months would therefore have clear potential to increase both occupancy and annual revenue.

The apartment is approximately five minutes’ walk from Playa del Pez Espada and La Carihuela’s extensive seafront promenade, with supermarkets, restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, banking and public transport all close at hand. Málaga Airport is approximately ten minutes away by car.
