Appartement op de begane grond in Calahonda, Costa del Sol

Situated in Altos de Calahonda, this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner apartment enjoys beautiful west-facing sea views and a wonderful sense of privacy.

Although officially a ground-floor apartment, its elevated position gives it much more of a middle-floor feel, with the terrace enjoying an open outlook towards the Mediterranean. The west-facing orientation makes the terrace an ideal setting for long lunches, evening dinners and enjoying the sunset over the sea.

The property benefits from its corner position, providing additional windows in both bathrooms and allowing plenty of natural light throughout the apartment. The living room features a fireplace and opens onto the spacious terrace through a large sliding door, creating a pleasant connection between the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The kitchen has also been updated.

Residents have access to two communal swimming pools surrounded by well-maintained gardens, providing attractive outdoor areas to enjoy throughout the year. Parking is convenient, with communal parking within the urbanisation as well as plenty of easy street parking immediately outside.

As the property is located in the higher part of Calahonda, it is just a two-minute drive from some restaurants and a supermarket, while the surrounding elevated position provides the apartment with its particularly attractive sea views.

Please note that approximately 16 steps lead from street level to the apartment.
