Detached Villa in Mijas, Costa del Sol

Undoubtably the best development opportunity currently available in the Mijas area.

The plot which is on the Mijas//Fuengirola road one km below the pueblo is a total of 18,000 sq metres of which one third is buildable.

There is existing approval to build 10 townhouses of 276 sq metres each but we understand that this could be changed keeping within the total build size of 2,760 sq metres.

This part of the plot is relatively flat making for easy construction and access from the road.

Adjacent to the main plot is a further 2,900 sq metres which can be purchased for an additioal 180,000 euros and would increase the number of houses to 12

The existing villa of 326 sq metres needs some updating but has a separate apartment ,garage and pool and could have 5 bedrooms. This could then become a luxury independent villa or boutique B&B. Subject to town hall approval this part of the plot could be separated from the new construction

Being elevated from the surrounding area there are great views down to the sea. The non buildable part of the plot would remain as a green oasis sloping down to the river bed.

This is a unique opportunity to make a substantial rate of return on your investment.
