Middle Floor Apartment in Benahavís, Costa del Sol

Casa El Lago is a luxury apartment for sale in the prestigious Real de La Quinta urbanization, a setting that combines contemporary architecture with the natural beauty of southern Spain.

Designed by award-winning architect Rafael de La Hoz and scheduled for completion in 2025, this residence embodies sophistication, comfort, and modern Mediterranean living. With breathtaking views across the Mediterranean Sea, the shimmering lake, and the iconic La Concha mountain, this property represents both a lifestyle investment and a sanctuary of elegance.

The apartment extends across 256 m², with 128 m² of refined interiors and a 105 m² terrace that blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. The layout is designed to balance relaxation and entertainment, featuring three spacious bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms, alongside an additional guest bathroom. Each space is crafted to maximize light and views, while providing residents with privacy and convenience.

At the heart of the home, a modern open-plan kitchen invites customisation, offering buyers the chance to tailor finishes to their personal taste. Premium materials and state-of-the-art appliances from La Quinta Real Estate’s trusted suppliers ensure quality throughout. The interiors are defined by clean lines, natural textures, and contemporary finishes that create an inviting yet sophisticated atmosphere.

Casa El Lago also offers practical features that elevate everyday life. Two private garage spaces, a storage room, and secure double glazing enhance both comfort and peace of mind. Residents enjoy access to outstanding communal amenities, including a beautifully landscaped pool area, designed to provide the perfect setting for relaxation under the Andalusian sun.

The location of Casa El Lago within Real de La Quinta is one of its strongest assets. Just a ten-minute drive from everyday essentials such as shops, schools, and beaches, residents enjoy the tranquility of a hillside retreat without sacrificing convenience. Planned developments will further enhance the community, including a golf course, an artificial beach, and a nautical club, ensuring Real de La Quinta continues to evolve as one of the Costa del Sol’s most desirable addresses.

Beyond the property itself, Real de La Quinta is set against the backdrop of the Sierra de las Nieves, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. The man-made lake and Lake Club create a hub for water-based activities, while hiking and biking trails invite exploration of the surrounding mountains. For golfers, the La Quinta Golf & Country Club, designed by David Thomas, offers a championship course along with tennis, paddle, and a wellness center.
