Townhouse in Benalmadena Pueblo, Costa del Sol

Location, location, location. This townhouse is located in a gated complex just on the edge of Benalmadena Pueblo (village). Within a short walk of super markets, restaurants, an amazing Danish bakery and of course the cosy village center and very efficient public transport available right on ones doorstep. The property itself is south south east facing and benefits from two sunny terraces and great sea views from the upper terrace. What we also like about this property is that although it is so central it still manages to have two swimming pools and the all important designated parking inside the complex for owners. Plus this property is sold with the furniture and the option to purchase the owner’s car that has driven under 30000km ask for more info. Benalmadena Pueblo is the original Benalmadena village nestled a short drive from the coast and just around 15 -20 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, the village of Mijas and also Fuengirola.
