This delightful three-bedroom top-floor apartment is ideally located in the heart of the traditional white village of Manilva. Set among picturesque narrow cobbled streets, the property enjoys a prime central position within easy walking distance of local shops, cafés, and authentic tapas bars.

Manilva is a charming Andalusian white village, well known for its vineyards and vibrant wine festivals. The village offers a range of amenities including a beautiful church, local shops, cafés, tapas bars, and a pharmacy. While typically more peaceful and relaxed, Manilva comes alive during its traditional fairs and celebrations. The property benefits from a highly convenient location, with all village amenities within walking distance, including a supermarket, sports and leisure facilities, and schools. Just a five-minute drive away are the lively coastal town of Sabinillas and the picturesque marina of La Duquesa, where you will find a wide selection of sandy Blue Flag beaches, golf courses, and waterfront dining. The area also offers excellent transport connections, with Estepona just 15 minutes away, and Gibraltar, Marbella, and Málaga Airport all reachable within approximately 25 minutes to under one hour.

Accessed via a secure street-level entrance, the property is reached through a characterful Andalusian tiled staircase leading to the main accommodation.

The apartment features three bedrooms: A spacious master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a charming juliette balcony overlooking the village street. A second single bedroom, also with fitted storage and a juliette balcony. A third, generously sized bedroom comfortably accommodating twin beds. The main living space comprises a bright and welcoming lounge with a dining area and a fully fitted open-plan kitchen. An attractive archway leads through to a secondary seating area, enhancing the sense of space and natural light. The property also includes a well-appointed bathroom with a shower cubicle.

Thanks to its dual aspect, the apartment is naturally bright and airy throughout, and air conditioning is installed in the principal rooms. While the apartment is well maintained and ready for immediate use, it would benefit from some minor cosmetic updates, offering an excellent opportunity to personalise the space.

A truly charming and characterful Andalusian home, perfectly positioned in the centre of this sought-after village.
