Townhouse in La Cala Golf, Costa del Sol

This is a fantastically located and beautifully presented 3 bedroom townhouse lying on the frontline of La Cala Golf Resort. Set within private gates and right next to the 1st tee box of the Asia course, you are just a 2 minute walk to the club house and all of the facilities it provides as well as the prestigious hotel and spa. This spacious home has been much improved by the owners and features an open plan kitchen / diner lounge which leads out to the covered terrace and garden with the most spectacular mountain views. Upstairs are 2 large bedroom suites, both with sun terraces for either morning or afternoon sun. On the upper floor is another guest bedroom suite which is also ideal as a home office. This is one of the best locations in the La Cala Golf resort and early viewing is highly recommended.
