Penthouse in Manilva, Costa del Sol

Stunning panoramic-view penthouse with tourist licence in place near the beach and La Duquesa Port

This top-floor penthouse on the front line offers some of the most far-reaching uninterrupted panoramic views on the coast, with the coastline and mountain range stretching out in front of you from the moment you step inside. It is also a rare opportunity for buyers who want flexibility as the property has a tourist licence already in place and is compliant with the latest regulations. With Manilva currently not accepting new tourist licence applications for the next three years, this is a valuable advantage for anyone considering holiday rentals now or in the future.

The location is equally special. The beach is at the end of the road, set within a protected natural area with sandy shores and natural walkways winding through the dunes. Two chiringuitos with sunbeds make beach days effortless, and you can enjoy an easy walk into the Port of La Duquesa for a great choice of bars and restaurants.

For days out and exploring, you are perfectly positioned. Sotogrande is around 10 minutes to the west, Gibraltar is approximately 25 minutes away, and to the east you have Estepona, including its popular Sunday market at the port. Puerto Banus and Marbella are about 30 minutes by car, offering luxury dining, nightlife, and designer shopping.

Daily convenience is also covered, with a mini market at the end of the road, a local restaurant nearby, and plenty of dining options in the surrounding area. You also have Dia and Eroski close by, plus Aldi, Lidl, and more within easy reach. Golf lovers are spoilt for choice, with excellent courses locally in La Duquesa and the premium selection in Sotogrande.

The building has lift access to the top floor, and there is parking outside. Inside, the apartment is bright and welcoming, with an open-plan living space designed to make the most of the view. The American-style fully fitted kitchen includes a breakfast bar for relaxed dining, and the living area flows out to a generous terrace ideal for dining, lounging, or both, all with those spectacular coastal vistas as your backdrop.

The master bedroom is a comfortable size and features a Juliette balcony with beautiful views. The main bathroom includes a bath with shower over, vanity unit, bidet, and toilet. The guest bedroom is also well-proportioned, with space for beds and a work area, plus direct access to a second terrace with a tall table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks while taking in the scenery. A guest half bathroom and washing machine complete the layout. For a small investment it is possible to make a showerroom giving you 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
