This is an amazing frontline beach penthouse apartment located in one of Marbella's most sought after beachfront complexes. This is a rare opportunity to enter highly rated luxury development. The property has four or five bedrooms depending what you would like to call the room on the second floor is it a bedroom or an office or a second living room with its direct access to the top terrace and private toilet. The owner has very tastefully modernised this property with a new modern kitchen that is much larger than average in this development. They have also enhanced the terraces with decking, false ceilings and new doors throughout to name but a few changes. This private exclusive community is highly rated for its security and all the facilities with extensive gardens that are rarely seen in a beachside complex where the price of land is at a premium. The complex enjoys two very large outdoor pools, and indoor heated pool and also a well equipped gym and tennis courts and paddle tennis courts. This is really a must see property.
