Middle Floor Apartment in Torrevieja, Costa Blanca

The easy thing would be to talk about square metres, bedrooms and orientation. But with this apartment, the most important part comes first: the location.

Right on Torrevieja’s seafront promenade, with views of the marina and the very heart of the town just a few steps away. And from there, you have a spacious, bright apartment with plenty of room to turn it into something really special.

And yes, it is in original condition. But far from being a problem, that may actually be the best part.

Because when you have a great location, views of the marina and a large apartment, what really matters is not so much how it looks now, but everything it could become.

You only have to cross the street and you are at the Yacht Club, where you can enjoy a rather exclusive atmosphere and very interesting facilities such as a swimming pool, gym… or a memorable paella in its restaurant.

You are also right in the centre of Torrevieja, close to the Church Square, the Theater Square, shops, services and the real daily life of the town. A location that simply cannot be created with a renovation.

The apartment has a layout with many possibilities, four very spacious bedrooms and lovely natural light thanks to its south-facing orientation. It is the kind of home that, with a good renovation and a bit of vision, could become something truly spectacular.

The terrace also enjoys direct views of the marina. And let’s be honest, that makes quite a difference. Because having your coffee while looking at the sea and the boats is not quite the same as looking at the building opposite.

It could be a family home, a spacious second residence or that special apartment in Torrevieja you had been imagining, but never quite found because most properties in this location are either too small, too enclosed or only half-renovated.

Here you have location, space, light and potential.

The final result is up to you.
