Middle Floor Apartment in Estepona, Costa del Sol

PERFECT LOCATION - SPECTACULAR TERRACE WITH SEA VIEWS

This amazing new property is everything that you could want for your home in Estepona. A brand new luxury property with a huge terrace that is part covered and part open creating a massive amount of indoor / outdoor living space all year round. The sort of space that you would only normally find in a premium penthouse.

The property has three bedrooms of which two open on the South facing terrace. The principal bedroom is en-suite. The open plan kitchen flows into the dining area and living area. But the huge South facing terrace is what makes this property really special. Sun all day but plenty of shade to enjoying being outside all year round. Within the urbanisation there is a swimming pool and children's pool set in beautiful gardens as well as a private gymnasium with sauna.

Right on your doorstep you have the Las Mesas park with its own cafe and sports centre, and it is just a short walk to the Port of Estepona and one of the best beaches on the coast - 'Playa del Christo'.

Location really is everything and if you want to be in the heart of Estepona in a brand new property this is the best option for a spectacular lock and leave holiday home or a permanent residence.
