Middle Floor Apartment in Benalmadena Costa, Costa del Sol

Sea view apartment in Plaza Bonanza, Benalmádena

Picture life in Plaza Bonanza, right in the heart of Arroyo de la Miel, one of the most convenient and well loved corners of Benalmádena. From your front door it's just a seven minute walk to the beaches of Benalmádena, and a short stroll on to the famous Puerto Marina, with its restaurants, bars and boats bobbing in the harbour. The Arroyo train station is close by too, so the coast and Málaga airport are easy to reach without ever needing the car.

Everyday life here could not be easier. There's a supermarket right on the complex, open 365 days a year, and the local bakery, cafés and restaurants are all close by. The complex also has a tennis court and a children's play area, so there's something for everyone without leaving home.

This two bedroom apartment makes the most of its setting. From the entrance hall you step through to a bright living room with an American style kitchen open to the space, perfect for everyday living and for having friends over. The living room opens onto a spacious balcony, and this is where the home really wins you over. The south east orientation brings lovely morning sun, and the balcony looks out to a sea view, the ideal spot for slow coffees and sunny breakfasts.

There are two good sized double bedrooms and a generous bathroom, with plenty of room to feel comfortable all year round. The whole apartment feels calm, light and easy to live in.

A home like this works on every level. A smart buy for an investor, a relaxed permanent home in the sun, or an easy lock up and leave by the sea in a town people return to again and again.
