Penthouse in Fuengirola, Costa del Sol

This fully renovated penthouse boasts panoramic sea views and an exceptional terrace. It is located on the 14th floor of one of Fuengirola's highest buildings.

Located in the sought-after Barrio de San Francisco area of Fuengirola, this beautifully renovated (2023) penthouse combines three features that are rarely found together: panoramic views, a modern high-spec interior and walking distance to everyday amenities and the beach.

The property occupies an elevated position with spectacular, almost 360-degree views across Fuengirola, the Mediterranean Sea, the surrounding mountains and the city skyline. From the terrace, you can also enjoy views towards Castillo Sohail, the port and Fuengirola’s sports grounds, with exceptional visibility along the coastline on clear days.

Despite its elevated and peaceful setting, the apartment remains exceptionally convenient. The beach can be reached in approximately 10 minutes on foot, while supermarkets, pharmacies, schools, clinics, shops and other services are just a few minutes away. Fuengirola C1 train station is approximately 8 minutes walking, Los Boliches station around 18 minutes on foot, and Miramar Shopping Centre approximately 10 minutes by car.

The apartment has undergone a complete renovation by its Swedish owners, with particular attention paid to quality, functionality and contemporary Scandinavian-style design.

The renovation includes new flooring, bathrooms, windows, plumbing and electrical installations (6 kW), water softening system, carbon drinking-water filtration and a smart Ariston water heater controllable by app.

Smart-home features are integrated throughout the property, including smart lighting, automated curtains, Nuki smart access, security cameras and remote-controlled systems. Built-in wardrobes feature automatic internal lighting, while many of the home's functions can be managed remotely.

The modern kitchen is fitted with quality appliances, including Bosch and Siemens equipment, a combined oven and microwave, large refrigerator, coffee machine and almost-new 9 kg washing machine and dryer.

One of the most impressive features of the property is its large private terrace, designed as a true outdoor living space.

It includes a fully equipped professional outdoor kitchen with its own sink, refrigerator, two fryers, barbecue and pizza oven, making it ideal for entertaining family and friends while enjoying the Mediterranean views. Half of the terrace is covered by a solid roof, and the other half can be used as a solarium!
