Offered in excellent condition and completely move-in ready, this is an ideal turnkey property for buyers looking for a permanent home, holiday residence or easy-to-maintain Costa del Sol base without the need for furnishing or renovation.

The apartment offers 95 m² built plus a generous 37 m² terrace, opening directly onto its private garden. Its desirable south-facing orientation provides excellent natural light and attractive views towards the Mediterranean Sea, communal pool and landscaped gardens.

Inside, there is a spacious living and dining area with direct terrace access, a fully fitted kitchen with separate utility area, two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms — one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The property is sold fully furnished and ready for immediate enjoyment, with hot and cold air conditioning, marble flooring, double glazing, fibre-optic internet, private storage room, underground parking and lift access.

Los Olivos is an established gated development of just 72 apartments and penthouses, enjoying mature landscaped gardens and two communal swimming pool areas with separate children's pools.

For international buyers unfamiliar with the area, Los Arqueros is one of the best-known residential golf communities in the hills above San Pedro de Alcántara, combining a peaceful elevated setting with convenient access to the coast. At the heart of the community is Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club, home to an 18-hole golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros together with a clubhouse, restaurant, gym, driving range, tennis and padel facilities.

The location is particularly convenient: San Pedro de Alcántara and the nearest beaches are approximately 5–10 minutes away by car, Puerto Banús around 10–15 minutes, and Marbella approximately 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and everyday services are also within easy driving distance.

With its private garden, large sunny terrace, sea views, full furnishings and turnkey presentation, this is an appealing opportunity to enjoy the Costa del Sol lifestyle from day one.
