Finca - Cortijo in Ronda, Costa del Sol

Exceptional Country Estate Just 8 Minutes from Ronda

Surrounded by open countryside, olive groves and mountains, this impressive finca enjoys a wonderfully private setting while being just 8 minutes from the centre of Ronda. With almost 36,000 m² of land, it offers the space, privacy and tranquillity of a true country estate without feeling remote.

Built in 2003, the house has 1,122 m² of registered constructed area and combines impressive proportions with a warm, traditional Andalusian character. One of its defining features is the extensive wrap-around covered terraces on both the ground and first floors, creating wonderful outdoor living spaces and making the most of the far-reaching views across the surrounding countryside and mountains.

Inside, the main floor is designed for both everyday living and entertaining, with a generous kitchen, dining and living areas, a studio, utility room and bedroom. Large windows and doors connect the interiors naturally with the terraces, gardens and landscape beyond.

Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms, arranged around the impressive central staircase and open landing. From here, the upper wrap-around terraces provide some of the best views in the house – peaceful, shaded spaces overlooking the finca, olive groves and mountains.

The basement adds another dimension, with secure parking for up to six cars as well as a substantial separate area currently used as additional living and leisure space. With the possibility of its own entrance, this could work particularly well as independent guest accommodation, staff quarters or a self-contained apartment.

Outside, the house is surrounded by mature gardens and lawns, with a private swimming pool and separate covered BBQ and entertaining area creating a fantastic setting for long lunches and summer evenings.

The land is an important part of what makes this finca special. Existing olive trees are actively farmed, while the scale of the estate leaves plenty of room for further olive cultivation, a vineyard or horses. There is already a separate registered outbuilding/stable of approximately 87 m², together with an enclosed area for horses.

Above all, this is a property for someone looking for space, privacy and freedom. The house sits comfortably within its own land, surrounded by countryside rather than neighbours, with beautiful views in almost every direction.

The finca also has full licences and the ability to be rented for short-term stays, giving a future owner flexibility to use it as a permanent family home, private country retreat or rental property.
