Middle Floor Apartment in Benahavís, Costa del Sol

Fully renovated 3-bedroom apartment with sea, golf and mountain views – Altos de La Quinta, Benahavís

Set on the first floor of Altos de La Quinta, overlooking the fairways of La Quinta Golf, this apartment has been completely renovated in 2026. From the covered terrace, framed by traditional Andalusian arches, the view reaches across the golf valley to the Mediterranean, with the mountains behind.

The open-plan living and dining area opens onto the terrace through wide sliding doors. The kitchen has handleless wood-effect cabinetry, stone-effect worktops and splashback, an induction hob with integrated extraction and a built-in oven. Large-format porcelain floors run throughout, with classic wall panelling, cornices and designer lighting.

The master bedroom opens directly onto the terrace, with sea views from the bed. Two further bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Both bathrooms have walk-in rain showers, brushed stainless steel fittings, double vanities and backlit mirrors, and there is a separate guest toilet. Ducted air conditioning throughout.

The terrace has both a lounge area and an outdoor dining area, facing south over the community gardens.

Altos de La Quinta is an ambitious, forward-looking community. The owners have approved heating for the communal pools, powered by electricity generated by the community's own solar panels, as well as the repainting of the exterior. Residents share landscaped gardens and communal pools.

La Quinta is a genuinely pleasant place to live: green and quiet on the golf course, yet only minutes from Puerto Banús, the beaches and Marbella. That same combination makes it a strong long-term investment, and as holiday rentals are permitted in the community, the apartment also offers short-term rental income.
