Middle Floor Apartment in La Cala Hills, Costa del Sol

This is a larger than average, very high quality apartment located within a luxury gated complex close to Mijas Golf and also other golf course in la Cala overlooking Santana Golf. This property also has one of the best locations within the complex, providing more light, privacy and better views. What we really like about the complex are its comunal pool areas with their palm trees and tropical plants, the impressive gated entrance and drive inside. The owner has made recent improvements to the property including a new kitchen with a porcelain top, false ceiling with spot light, glass curtains and more,. The apartment also comes with a private garage space in the garage and a storeroom and within this gated community there is also guest parking spaces. We strongly recommend a visit.
