Ground Floor Apartment in Bel Air, Costa del Sol

Ground-Floor Apartment with a 100 m² Terrace – Bel-Air

Not every apartment on the Costa del Sol comes with a terrace the size of a small garden. This one does: one hundred square metres of private outdoor space, enough for an urban vegetable patch, a long table, a chill-out corner — or all three.

It is a ground-floor exterior apartment in a private urbanisation in Bel-Air, with no lift needed. Marble floors, solid-wood interior doors, fitted wardrobes in every bedroom and two full bathrooms with bathtubs. The bones are good. What it asks for is a refresh: a putting-in-order that would leave it looking excellent, without starting from scratch.

Outside the door, landscaped gardens and communal pools for adults and children. Parking is easy, and there are garage spaces for sale or rent within the complex. The beach is a walk, not a drive.

A home for people who live outdoors as much as in — and who would rather improve a generous terrace than pay extra for someone else’s finished décor.

Viewing highly recommended.
