Middle Floor Apartment in El Presidente, Costa del Sol

El Presidente 30 is a refined south-east-facing residence in the established community of El Presidente on the New Golden Mile, combining a fully updated contemporary interior with generous outdoor space and the mature surroundings for which the development is known. With 130 m² of interior space and a 30 m² terrace, the property has been designed with a clear focus on natural light, practical living and a strong connection to its setting.

The main living area is open and well proportioned, bringing the lounge, dining space and kitchen together without losing definition between each zone. Light timber flooring, bespoke joinery and warm integrated lighting create a restrained interior, while a backlit natural-stone feature wall adds depth to the living room. The kitchen follows the same approach, pairing clean-lined cabinetry with timber finishes, integrated appliances and a dining area positioned naturally between the kitchen and lounge. Large doors open directly onto the covered terrace, extending the living space outdoors and framing views across the landscaped communal gardens and mature pine trees.

The private areas continue the same considered material palette, with fitted wardrobes, soft neutral finishes and carefully integrated lighting. Bathrooms are finished in large-format stone with contemporary fittings, walk-in showers and freestanding elements, giving the property a consistent finish throughout. Several rooms benefit from direct access to private terraces or leafy outlooks, bringing the established gardens into view rather than relying on enclosed interior spaces.

The 30 m² terrace is a genuine extension of the home, with enough room for separate dining and lounge areas beneath a covered setting. Its south-east orientation makes it particularly suited to morning and daytime use, while the surrounding greenery provides a sense of separation from the wider community.

El Presidente itself is one of the New Golden Mile’s most recognisable residential communities, defined by extensive tropical gardens, fountains, communal swimming pools and low-rise Mediterranean architecture. The beach is within easy reach, while Estepona, Marbella, golf courses, restaurants and everyday amenities are all readily accessible. El Presidente 30 offers the increasingly difficult combination of a polished contemporary interior and the scale, greenery and established character of a mature coastal community.
