Middle Floor Apartment in Puerto Banús, Costa del Sol

A Bright, Fully Furnished 70 m² Apartment by El Corte Inglés – Ready to Live In or Let Seventy square metres, recently refurbished, and full of light. A living room with a double sofa bed, one bedroom and one bathroom. The reform shows: natural light reaches every room and the finishes hold up to it. It is sold fully furnished, with good furniture. The kitchen is complete and the appliances are new: fridge, washing machine, oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and extractor. The water heater is new as well. The terrace is furnished and fitted with Lumon glass curtains, so it works all year. From it you look onto the pool and Plaza Antonio Banderas. The complex has a 24-hour concierge, a communal pool, a padel court and a well-equipped gym. The address is the real advantage. Twenty metres from the entrance to El Corte Inglés, with the main shopping centres around you. The marina, the boutiques, the restaurants and the beach are a short walk. You leave the car and do the rest on foot. The apartment has never been let, neither long-term nor as tourist accommodation, so it is in excellent condition. It is also registered in the Andalusian Tourism Registry — useful if you want income later. A lock-up-and-leave flat in one of the most sought-after pockets of the Costa del Sol: live in it, or put it to work. Viewing highly recommended.
