Quinta/Herdade em Alora, Costa del Sol

We are offering this large country house in the beautiful mountainous area of Tres Cruzes, Alora (Malaga). Situated on a hilly plot of over 50,000 m2, we find this beautiful house with two guest rooms, guest apartment, swimming pool, communal area and large workshop. The grounds offer various beautiful views and flat areas, making it breathtaking and user-friendly. The main building has two bedrooms, a living room with adjoining kitchen, a large bathroom and a covered terrace at the front of the house. The rooms are spacious and the whole property has high ceilings. Through the kitchen, there is a passageway to a large room with windows and a separate entrance. With some modifications, this could be converted into a large living room for the house, but it would also be perfect for a guest house with a separate entrance! Through the pool area (with beautiful views), we go to the adjacent guest rooms. These two rooms are identical. They are spacious, have their own meter cupboard, a bathroom and a simple kitchen. Adjacent to these two guest rooms, we enter a spacious holiday apartment. This apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room and a very spacious terrace. Next to the part used for holiday rentals is an old water storage facility (Albergue) which could potentially be converted into a guest swimming pool. This offers the opportunity to start a holiday rental business next to the owner's home, with privacy for both the owner and guests. Next to the house is a large almacen which is currently used as an entertainment room and workshop. A beautiful building with many possibilities.

The property has a number of charming features, such as an old bread oven, beautifully mature grounds and a wonderfully peaceful location. Electricity and internet are connected, water comes from its own source in a 30,000-litre storage tank and a rental licence is already in place. A wonderful opportunity to start a successful rental business in a breathtaking location in the mountains of Alora (Malaga). The village is about 10 minutes away and, except for the last 500 metres, there is a paved access road!
