Quinta/Herdade em Coín, Costa del Sol

Almost one hectare of Andalusian countryside, with swimming pool, productive orchard and guest cottage. On the outskirts of Coín.

Imagine your mornings: coffee on the porch, the scent of orange blossom, the swimming pool waiting for you and not a sound around. In the evening the summer kitchen comes alive, the wood-fired oven too, and the evening stretches on under the pergola.

THE EXTERIOR, THE TRUE STAR Swimming pool of 103 m² of water surface, a size rarely found on a private property. Tropical garden with palm trees and bougainvillea, green all year round. Complete summer kitchen under pergola: brick wood-fired oven, countertop, sink, cabinets and outdoor bathroom. Independent wooden cottage of around 18 m² with studio, perfect for welcoming family and friends with complete privacy.

THE HOUSE 79 m² on a single level. Not a single step, not a staircase. 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room with fully equipped kitchen, hot/cold air conditioning and fireplace. Covered porch of 30 m² and terraces overlooking the garden. Built in 2003 and maintained with care.

THE ORCHARD 8,400 m² of irrigated citrus in full production: orange trees, lemon trees, avocado trees, fig trees and medlar trees. Your own fruit all year round and a self-sufficiency that the city cannot offer you.
