Quinta/Herdade em Almogía, Costa del Sol

A private five-bedroom Andalusian estate set within 48,000 m² of land, offering exceptional space, character and tranquillity while remaining less than 30 minutes from Málaga city centre and Málaga International Airport.

Positioned in the countryside between Málaga and Almogía, and within easy reach of Puerto de la Torre and the Málaga city limits, this beautifully maintained estate offers the increasingly rare combination of extensive private land and convenient access to the city.

The fully fenced 48,000 m² estate enjoys uninterrupted countryside and mountain views, spectacular sunrises and sunsets, and a remarkable sense of privacy without feeling isolated.

The land itself is an important part of the property. Mature Mediterranean planting surrounds the house, alongside hundreds of established and productive trees including olives, almonds, carob, pomegranate and citrus, as well as a vegetable garden. The owners currently produce their own olive oil from the estate.

Designed for Andalusian indoor-outdoor living

The outdoor spaces have been created for year-round enjoyment. A private swimming pool and generous sun terrace are complemented by an outdoor shower and a separate open-air kitchen and barbecue house—an inviting setting for long lunches, summer evenings and entertaining family and friends.

Atmospheric exterior lighting transforms the gardens after sunset, while the extensive grounds provide privacy, space and the opportunity to enjoy a genuine countryside lifestyle remarkably close to Málaga.

Inside, the house combines traditional Andalusian craftsmanship with comfortable modern living. Ornately carved solid wooden doors, terracotta floors and characterful architectural details give the interiors warmth and a strong sense of place.

An impressive entrance leads into a spacious living area centred around an enclosed patio with a movable glass roof, allowing it to be enjoyed throughout the seasons. The principal salon connects naturally to a games room, while several doors lead directly onto the outdoor dining terrace and gardens.

The generously proportioned kitchen combines traditional Andalusian styling with modern functionality and includes a large separate pantry. An additional bedroom with extensive built-in wardrobes adjoins the kitchen area and could work equally well as guest accommodation, a private office or staff accommodation.
