Quinta/Herdade em Almogía, Costa del Sol

A Charming Finca for Sale in Almogía, Málaga – Space, Privacy and Beautiful Views

Some places just feel right from the moment you arrive. This is one of them.

From the main road, you enter through an electric gate into a private, gated area with just seven properties scattered across the hillside. A short 300-metre drive from the remote-controlled gate brings you to the property.

You park your car under the carport and walk through two large, handmade Andalusian doors into the enclosed courtyard. And that is when you immediately feel it.

Space. Tranquillity. Peace.

In front of you are the garden and spacious swimming pool, with the surrounding hills and valley opening out beyond. In the distance, you can see Álora nestled between the hills. The views, the space and the silence give you an immediate feeling of being completely away from it all.

This is a place where you can truly unwind. Where you can sit on the veranda with your morning coffee, enjoy the pool and garden during the day, and watch the sun disappear behind the hills in the evening.

And although it feels wonderfully private, you are not isolated. Almogía and Villanueva de la Concepción are around 15 minutes away by car, Álora approximately 25 minutes, and Málaga and Málaga Airport around 45 minutes. This finca therefore combines the peaceful countryside of Andalusia with easy access to Málaga and the Costa del Sol.

The finca sits on approximately 5,000 m² of private land and offers around 177 m² of living space. The property has been renovated in several important areas, combining the character of a traditional country home with modern comfort.

One of the most attractive spaces is the large, bright and newly renovated conservatory, running almost the full length of the house. Its large windows allow you to enjoy the natural light and views throughout the year. The newly renovated open-plan kitchen, with a large island and integrated appliances, flows naturally into the spacious living area.

The main house has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and its own en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. There is also a second bedroom and a separate family bathroom with bath, shower and WC.

From the enclosed courtyard, you reach two additional independent rooms. One is currently set up as a bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and reversible air conditioning. Both rooms open onto a spacious covered veranda, a wonderful place to sit in the shade and enjoy the view. The second room is currently used as an office and could be adapted according to your needs, for example as an additional bedroom, workspace or guest accommodation.
