Квартира на середньому поверсі – Torremolinos, Costa del Sol

Stunning 1 bedroom Apartment, currently being beautifully renovated and will be finished to a high standard, to be completed by the end of June! You’ll find it right in La Carihuela, Torremolinos, so it’s an easy walk to all the shops, bars, restaurants, and, of course, the beach! Ready to discover your new place in the sun?

Step inside and you’re greeted by a bright, open-plan living room and kitchen. Everything feels fresh, with sleek grey and warm oak touches throughout. The kitchen is spotless and modern, but there’s still a hint of that classic, traditional charm.

The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom looks fantastic—there’s a stylish walk-in shower, modern fittings, and plenty of light.

Location-wise, you’re right in the heart of everything. La Carihuela is packed with great places to eat, shop, or just relax by the sea. It’s a unique chance to grab a spot in one of Torremolinos’ most vibrant neighborhoods.

A quick word about Torremolinos: it’s a buzzing resort town about 7km from Malaga Airport, just 13km from central Malaga. Nearly 69,000 people call it home, and it’s sunny pretty much all year round, with mild winters and just a bit of rain. Getting around is easy—there’s a solid bus and train network that’ll take you toward Malaga or along the coast to places like Benalmadena, Fuengirola, and Marbella. You can even catch direct buses further along the coast to Estepona or Algeciras, which is pretty close to Gibraltar.

One of the best things? The chiringuitos—those classic beachfront bars—are some of the best in the area. There’s loads to do: shopping, a water park, a crocodile park for the kids, and endless places to eat.

Montemar and La Carihuela are both easy to reach via the Paseo. Montemar’s known for its lively (and budget-friendly) bars and entertainment. Meanwhile, La Carihuela still feels like a traditional Spanish fishing village, with winding side streets, old cottages, and plenty of spots to try the freshest seafood around.
