Квартира на середньому поверсі – La Cala de Mijas, Costa del Sol

= Apartment with sea and mountain views in La Cala de Mijas =

Set within a gated community in La Cala de Mijas, this well-maintained 103 m² apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open outlook across the Mediterranean and the mountains rising behind the coast.

The beach is roughly a ten-minute walk away, and the centre of La Cala de Mijas, with its shops, restaurants and seafront promenade, is about five minutes by car. Golfers are well placed here: Miraflores Golf sits three minutes away by car, or around twenty minutes on foot, and Calanova Golf is reached in approximately ten minutes.

Built in 2002 and kept in good condition throughout, the property faces east, so the day begins with soft morning light over the sea and the terrace stays comfortable as the hours pass. The setting is quiet and unhurried — a residential pocket where the loudest sound is usually the breeze through the gardens.

The community itself is built around a generous shared pool with a separate children's pool, framed by mature communal gardens. One underground parking space belongs to the apartment. Together it makes for a property that is genuinely easy to live with — equally suited to holiday use and to a permanent base on the coast, with little upkeep required.
