A Complete WOW Apartment — Reinvented Living in Cumbres del Rodeo

This is a complete WOW apartment—unlike anything else we have seen in Cumbres del Rodeo, or on the coast for that matter. Completely redesigned and remodelled, it is full of clever solutions, unexpected touches and inspiring ideas that transform a spacious corner garden apartment into a truly distinctive home.

Set in a prime southwest-facing position, the property enjoys excellent privacy and views towards the sea and mountains. Elevated above pavement level, with no buildings directly overlooking its main outdoor areas, it offers an open outlook and a wonderful connection to its established gardens.

At the heart of the transformation is a contemporary indoor-outdoor kitchen with a central island. Fully retractable glass curtains open this space to the terrace and garden, making cooking, dining and entertaining part of one flowing experience. Adjoining areas accommodate indoor and outdoor dining, while a small gym beside the garden and jacuzzi adds another dimension to everyday living. These versatile spaces can readily adapt to your own lifestyle.

The generous terrace forms an outdoor living room framed by mature planting, with plenty of space to gather or unwind. A thatched Bali-style gazebo shelters the jacuzzi, while a further private garden area with side access and an outdoor shower creates another inviting retreat.

Inside, nature-inspired materials and carefully chosen finishes bring warmth and character to the double-width living room. Distinct yet connected zones include a comfortable sitting area, a TV wall for movie nights, a central feature fireplace, a substantial dining area with banquette seating and a dedicated workspace.

Three generously sized double bedrooms are positioned towards the rear of the apartment, away from the main entertaining spaces. Each has an en-suite bathroom and built-in storage. All three bathrooms feature walk-in showers and double sinks, while two also have baths.

Throughout the home, the reconfigured layout makes exceptional use of space, with additional internal storage rooms and flexible living areas that can evolve with your needs. The result is an apartment with the variety of spaces and indoor-outdoor lifestyle more often associated with a villa.

The communal swimming pool and gardens are just a short, level walk away. Two large underground parking spaces, conveniently located close to the main entrance, complete the property.
