Квартира на середньому поверсі – Benalmadena Costa, Costa del Sol

Sea View One Bedroom Apartment, Bonanza, Benalmádena Costa

Step out onto the closed terrace and the whole Costa del Sol opens up in front of you. Palm trees, the communal pool and gardens below, rooftops of Benalmádena and the Mediterranean shimmering on the horizon. Set high up in the Bonanza complex, this bright apartment is filled with natural light from morning to evening, and the sea is in view from the terrace, the bedroom and the living room windows.

Inside, you have an entrance hall, a long, light filled lounge and dining room with a character brick arch, a separate fitted kitchen with granite worktops and a handy serving hatch through to the dining area, a double bedroom with its own sea view window and direct access to the glazed terrace, and a bathroom with walk in shower. For a one bedroom this is a generous 72 m², and the layout is full of potential. This is the opportunity. The apartment is in lovely, clean, original condition and is ready to move into as it is, but with some modernising it could become something really special. A fresh scheme, new flooring and a reworked kitchen would unlock the light, the views and the space, and with this much room there is real scope to create a second bedroom. Views like these, this close to the beach, are very hard to find at this price. It is the ideal second home in the sun, a smart investment to add value, or a rental with serious appeal.

The location is a real strength. Bonanza has a beautiful communal pool and gardens, with a lifeguard in peak season, a tennis court and an on site shop open 365 days a year. The beach is within walking distance, the shops, restaurants and all amenities of Arroyo de la Miel are close by, all the local bus routes pass nearby and the Arroyo de la Miel train station is a short walk away, so you can be in Málaga or at the airport without a car.

Priced at €249,000, a 72 m² sea view apartment with a glazed terrace, a pool outside the window and the beach on foot is a rare find and a real gem. Properties with this combination of light, views and location do not stay on the market for long.
